Within the course of 18 months, three Fraternity Brothers and I lost a parent to Pancreatic Cancer.  That’s from diagnosis to passing away.  Pancreatic Cancer is quick.  Pancreatic Cancer doesn’t discriminate.  Pancreatic Cancer takes your life.  

I like to solve problems.  I like to work hard.  But there’s no amount of hard work or problem solving that will reverse fate.  When Dan suggested I run the New York City Marathon with him for Cancer Research, it was  a no brainer.
